Okay, here are a few tips to making your problems be solved faster, these aren't rules, but are just recommendations that you are encouraged to follow.

- Make your topic purpose as clear as possible, the less time spent on understanding what you're asking, the better.

- Keep posting after you make your topic. If you come here, make a support topic, and then don't contribute to the site at all, people are more likely to ignore your problem. Posting after you have made a support topic shows you care about the site, and will make it more likely someone will help you.

- Give your board link. Yes, this may seem like a no-brainer, but oftentimes support topics are made, without a link being given to the board in question. Just remember, it's much harder to help if you can't see the problem, give people the link to your board in the first post, and it's more likely your problem will be resolved quickly.

Also, just a note, but Do Not give out snapshots, access, etc, to your Admin CP. If a thread is found with such an item in it, the infringing post will be edited and the item removed. This is for your own safety, so that it is harder for people to hack your site. TopBoards is not responsible for harm that comes to your site if you ignore this warning.
